IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Supplemental terms and conditions for documents that may be posted on the Services from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Legal Terms at any time and for any reason. 1. Our services

Sofi Bloom creates custom, designer’s-choice floral arrangements using fresh, seasonal flowers. We offer one-time floral orders, flower subscriptions, and customized floral services for private events, intimate weddings, and businesses.

Our arrangements are made to order and personally delivered within our designated local delivery areas. Sofi Bloom does not ship flowers through national carriers.

Flower varieties, colors, vessels, and other design details may vary based on seasonal availability. When substitutions are needed, we will preserve the selected style, color palette, size, and overall quality of the arrangement whenever reasonably possible.

Availability, delivery areas, prices, applicable taxes, and delivery fees are shown or confirmed during the ordering process and may change from time to time.

2. Intellectual property rights

All content on this Site—including the Sofi Bloom name, logo, butterfly design, photographs, floral designs, text, graphics, and website content—is owned by or licensed to Sofi Bloom and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, including placing an order or learning about our services. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, distribute, or use our content, photographs, branding, or designs for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

If you submit an image, inspiration photo, message, or other material in connection with an order or inquiry, you retain ownership of that material. You grant Sofi Bloom permission to use it only as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, create or fulfill your order, and provide customer support.

3. Customer representations

By placing an order or creating an account with Sofi Bloom, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing, payment, contact, recipient, and delivery information. You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address, recipient details, requested delivery date, and any delivery instructions are correct.

Sofi Bloom may refuse, cancel, or adjust an order if information provided is inaccurate or incomplete, if an order cannot reasonably be fulfilled, or if we identify a pricing, availability, or product-description error. If Sofi Bloom cancels an order before fulfillment, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Products and availability

Sofi Bloom creates one-of-a-kind, made-to-order floral arrangements using fresh, seasonal flowers. Product photographs and descriptions are intended to represent the overall style, color palette, size, and quality of an arrangement; however, exact flower varieties, shades, vessels, and design details may vary based on seasonality and availability.

If a substitution is needed, we will use flowers or materials of comparable value and will make every reasonable effort to preserve the selected style, color palette, size, and overall quality of the arrangement.

All orders are subject to availability. We may be unable to fulfill an order as requested because of flower availability, weather, delivery capacity, or other circumstances. If a significant change is needed or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you when reasonably possible.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change from time to time. Applicable sales tax and delivery fees are added at checkout.

5. Purchases and payment

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, contact, recipient, and delivery information when placing an order. By submitting an order, you authorize Sofi Bloom and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the order total, including applicable taxes and delivery fees.

Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout and may change from time to time.

Sofi Bloom reserves the right to correct pricing, availability, or product-description errors; refuse or cancel an order when necessary; and issue any applicable refund to the original payment method.

For flower subscriptions, your selected payment method will be charged automatically according to the delivery frequency you select. Future subscription deliveries may be managed, paused, skipped, or canceled through your subscription account before the next order is prepared.

6. Returns, cancellations, and refunds

Because each Sofi Bloom arrangement is custom-designed to order using fresh, perishable flowers, we do not accept returns.

Orders may be canceled at least three (3) days before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations made fewer than three (3) days before delivery are non-refundable because flowers and materials may already have been purchased or the arrangement may already be in preparation. If applicable, the delivery fee may be refunded at Sofi Bloom’s discretion.

Once an arrangement has been delivered, accepted, or left in a safe, shaded location in accordance with our delivery policy, no refund will be provided. Recipients should inspect the arrangement upon delivery and raise any concern immediately.

In the rare event that an arrangement clearly does not match what was discussed, Sofi Bloom may review the situation and consider a partial refund at its discretion.

7. Prohibited activities

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

Use the Site or its content for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.
Submit false, inaccurate, misleading, or unauthorized order, payment, recipient, or delivery information.
Interfere with, disrupt, damage, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, accounts, payment process, or related systems.
Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, spam, or other harmful material.
Copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, sell, or commercially exploit Sofi Bloom’s content, photographs, designs, branding, or Site materials without prior written permission.
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or authority when placing an order or contacting Sofi Bloom.
Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or similar technology to access the Site in a manner that disrupts or burdens its operation.

We may suspend access, refuse service, or cancel an order if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

8. Customer reviews

Sofi Bloom may invite customers to submit product or store reviews after a purchase. By submitting a review, you confirm that it reflects your genuine experience and does not contain false, misleading, unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.

Sofi Bloom may review, publish, decline, or remove reviews at its discretion. By submitting a review through the Site, you grant Sofi Bloom permission to display that review in connection with its products, services, and marketing, including on the Site and related social media channels.

9. Third party websites and content

The Site may link to or include content from third-party services, such as Instagram, Google, maps, payment providers, or other external websites. These third-party services are provided for convenience and may have their own terms, privacy policies, and practices.

Sofi Bloom does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or privacy practices of third-party websites or services. Your use of a third-party service is subject to that provider’s own terms and policies.

Sofi Bloom respects your privacy and collects only the information needed to process, deliver, and support your order. This may include your name, email address, phone number, billing information, recipient name and contact details, delivery address, card message, delivery instructions, and customer reviews.

We use this information to process payments, fulfill and deliver orders, communicate about purchases, provide customer support, and improve our services. If you choose to opt in, we may also send occasional emails with seasonal floral inspiration, holiday offers, and Sofi Bloom updates.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with trusted service providers when necessary to process payments, operate our website, deliver orders, or comply with legal obligations.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
