MEET ELWIRA
The Heart Behind Sofi Bloom
Elwira is a floral artist from Poland, now creating expressive, one-of-a-kind arrangements from the freshest seasonal flowers in Sarasota, Florida.
HOW IT BEGAN
Some things are created with a plan. Others simply find their way to you.
During a season of profound change, arranging flowers became a quiet place for her to simply be — a time of prayer, a moment to slow down, step away from the noise of everyday life, and spend a little time in her own world.
What began as a creative escape gradually became something more meaningful—a source of peace, connection, and a new beginning. Along the way, butterflies began appearing too, becoming a gentle symbol of hope, transformation, and the beauty of what can come next.
In 2025, that instinct became Sofi Bloom. For Elwira, floral design is never simply about putting flowers together. Each arrangement is a form of expression—an artful, one-of-a-kind creation that can celebrate, comfort, honor, surprise, or say what words alone cannot.
She thoughtfully selects each bloom and designs every arrangement by hand, allowing the freshest seasonal flowers to guide the final creation. The result is something personal, expressive, and made especially for the moment it is meant to hold.
DESIGNED BY HAND
Each arrangement begins with the flowers.
Elwira thoughtfully selects the freshest seasonal blooms and lets their natural beauty, color, movement, and personality guide the design. No two arrangements are alike—because no two moments are alike.
Every Sofi Bloom floral surprise is created by hand in Sarasota, with a distinctive creative eye and a deeply personal touch.
THE NAME BEHIND SOFI BLOOM
Named for the person who makes it all more meaningful.
Sofi Bloom carries the name of Elwira’s daughter, Sofi—and with it, something deeply personal.
More than a name, it is a quiet tribute to the love that inspired so much of what Sofi Bloom has become.
While Elwira is the creative heart behind every arrangement, Sofi helps capture the photos and videos that share their floral magic with the world. And Mia, their toy poodle, is the studio’s unofficial quality-control manager—always nearby to inspect the flowers, supervise the wrapping, and steal the occasional bit of attention.
Together, they hope each Sofi Bloom creation is a reminder to notice the beauty that surrounds us, hold close the good, and find a little magic wherever we can.
